​This resource might not be available in the case of an emergency or power outage etc. This page is intended to help residents prepare for potential crisis and disasters. Two Way radios (GMRS) and Ham Radios are Broadcast on the public airways and users should practice proper etiquette when communicating. 

When should radios be activated? Anytime there is a disaster or unusual situation like power outage, severe storm, high winds, Fires or anything that might result is property damage or crisis. Tune in to Channel 19.... then a neighborhood channel.  Each neighborhood (see map below) should organize a preferred channel for communication.
